Head Chef at Lotus Dining Group, Steve Wu, guided the virtual audience through the process of making the perfect DIY dumplings VIA ZOOM on Sunday 10th October 4-6 PM (AEDT).

The event raised $2,439.45. These funds have been applied to TBCG's sponsorship of the BTAA Patient Education Forum.
